Since the time of the Exodus every male of Israel over 20 was instructed to pay the amount of a half-shekel in Silver for the maintenance of the Tabernacle and the Levitical priesthood.

Each one who crosses over to those already counted is to give a half shekel, according to the sanctuary shekel, which weighs twenty gerahs. This half shekel is an offering to the Lord. All who cross over, those twenty years old or more, are to give an offering to the Lord. The rich are not to give more than a half shekel and the poor are not to give less when you make the offering to the Lord to atone for your lives. Receive the atonement money from the Israelites and use it for the service of the tent of meeting. It will be a memorial for the Israelites before the Lord, making atonement for your lives.’ Exodus 30.13-16

After Titus destroyed the Temple in Jerusalem, Caesar Vespasian gave the order to collect a special Fiscus Judaicus - literally a special "Jewish Tax".

The tax had to be paid into the Temple of Jupiter and was taken under the rule of Domitian from 81-96 not only from Jews, but also from  converts to Judaism and every Jewish or Gentile Christian, who at that time was regarded as a part of Judaism.

While the Temple Tax according to the Torah of Moses had to be paid only by male Israelites between from the age of 20 to 50, the Romans collected the tax from everybody, male, female, children, old and young alike, without making any distinction between Jews and heathens who started to believe in Jesus.

Interestingly, Caesar Nerva (coin displayed above) reformed the payment of the tax in the year 96 and for the first time it is recorded, that the Jewish faith is regarded as "religio licita" a "Legal Religion" accepted by the Roman Empire, while Christians were regarded as "superstitio illicita" - "Illegal Superstition".

One of the most impacting political moves in the history of Rome was the alleged conversion of Caesar Constantine to the Illegal Superstition 1700 years ago, which led to the adoption of the former Illegal Superstition as the official religion of the Roman Empire, known to us today as Roman Catholicism.

Up to this day, every Christian pays his tithe and offerings into "the church" as the "New Temple", while the Jewish people were forced for centuries to pay special taxes, forced unto them the kings and rulers of the Holy Empire of German Nations.

Return to me, and I will return to you,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘But you ask, “How are we to return?” ‘Will a mere mortal rob God? For now 58 years, the Jewish people, once destroyed slaughtered and taxed to the max since the destruction of the Temple by Titus in the year 70 CE, are back in Jerusalem.

By now, the 2000 years old Illegal Superstition became mainstream and was adopted by the most Pro-Israel and Jewish Supporter Groups, even in Israel, collecting billions of Euros and Dollars in donations, Church Tax (13 billion Euros in Germany per years), tithe and offerings as a solid business model.

The paying of tithe and offering is a key element in every church, regardless of denomination. Although it is very clear from the context of Maleachi, that God is speaking to the descendants of Jacob-Israel, we see from the ICEJ Statement of belief, that the Church believes to be the "New People of God", as it was pinned down already in Nostra Atetate from 28.10.1965

Up this day, the claim is made, that the Jews "rejected" their Messiah, while the church "accepted" the Messiah and King of Israel. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. The idea that Jesus fulfilled the law, so that random Zulus, Aborigines, Inuits, or Germans do not have to keep the law anymore, is the very reason, why Christianity should still be referred to as Illegal Superstition. The idea that God requires to keep the laws for Israel, but cancels the law for everybody who worships Jesus is absolutely crazy, ridiculous and indeed superstition, which cannot backed up by scripture. Neither in the Hebrew Scriptures of the so-called "Old Testament", nor in the Greek "New Testament".

What can be backed up with the Greek New Testament is, that Jesus and Peter paid the Temple Tax.

After Jesus and his disciples arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the two-drachma temple tax came to Peter and asked, ‘Doesn’t your teacher pay the temple tax?’ ‘Yes, he does,’ he replied. When Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. ‘What do you think, Simon?’ he asked. ‘From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes – from their own children or from others?’ ‘From others,’ Peter answered. ‘Then the children are exempt,’ Jesus said to him. ‘But so that we may not cause offence, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours.’Matthew 17.24-27

Although the Temple is not build yet, it is now possible to pay the required Temple Tax in the form of the TempleCoin, with a weight of 7,775g of pure 999,9 Silver, Hebrew Kesef, the modern day term for Money.

Exodus 30 states, the payment of the Temple Tax is for the atonement of your live, while Maleachi 3 clearly says, that if you do not pay, you rob from God, who sees and hears everything.

He asked me, ‘What do you see?’ I answered, ‘I see a flying scroll, twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.’ And he said to me, ‘This is the curse that is going out over the whole land; for according to what it says on one side, every thief will be banished, and according to what it says on the other, everyone who swears falsely will be banished. The Lord Almighty declares, “I will send it out, and it will enter the house of the thief and the house of anyone who swears falsely by my name. It will remain in that house and destroy it completely, both its timbers and its stones.” ’Zechariah 5.2-4

Without going to much into the details, but the head of the former Illegal Superstition Pope Francis issued the Encyclical Laudatio Si on 24.5.2015 and refers to our share home earth, as "Our House".

As we will see over the next week with Obama and Hillary Clinton, nobody is above the law and for sure not above the law of God.

While everybody is allows to continue in his Illegal Superstition and even allowed to incorporate "the Church of Satan", I believe that there are millions of people out there, who sincerely and honestly want to serve God and obey his commandments, laws and regulations as pinned down in the Torah of Moses.
